Snacks & Drinks:

  • 1 fruit bowl (bananas, apples, oranges)

  • 1 veggie tray with hummus

  • Granola bars (at least 6)

  • 12 bottles of still water

  • 6 cans of sparkling water

  • 1 pot of black coffee + non-dairy creamer

  • 1 cooler with ice

  • 1 pack of gum

  • Optional: 1 bottle of red wine

Greenroom Setup:

  • Private space for 5 people

  • 1 table + 5 chairs

  • Access to restroom

  • 2 power outlets

  • Full-length mirror

  • Hand towels or paper towels

Hotel (if included):

  • 2 double-occupancy hotel rooms

  • Within 15 minutes of venue

  • Clean, safe, quiet

  • Free parking for van & trailer

  • Preferred: 20’ x 16’

  • 1 bass amp (Ampeg, GK, or similar)

  • 1 guitar combo amp (Fender, Vox, etc.)

  • 5-piece drum kit with hardware

Lighting:

  • Basic front wash

  • Optional: rear color wash if available

Soundcheck:

  • 30 minutes minimum

  • Preferred: 4:00–5:00pm

  • Venue cleared during soundcheck

🛡️ SECURITY & ACCESS

Load-In:

  • Crew of 3 arrives around 2:00pm

  • Venue contact should meet on arrival

  • Load-in door must be unlocked

Backstage Access:

  • Restricted to tour manager, crew, and artist

  • No fans or unapproved guests backstage

  • Wristbands or passes if required by venue

Crowd Control:

  • Security at front of stage if GA standing

  • Please inform TM of any known venue risks

Emergency Protocols:

  • Clearly posted backstage and greenroom

  • Venue emergency contact and nearest hospital info required

Media / Press:

  • No photography without prior approval

  • Coordinate with TM before show
